We may also request that you input or allow us access to your geographic location when using the Rebate Finder, Installer/Service Locator, and Distributor/Sales Rep Locator as these tools perform best when the most accurate information is available. Please be aware that you alone are responsible for the content of your responses when using these tools.

In addition, we use Google Analytics to automatically collect and store information about how visitors use the Site so that we may make improvements and give visitors a better user experience. Google Analytics is a third-party information storage system that records information including the pages you visit, the length of time you were on specific pages and the website in general, how you arrived at the site, and what you clicked on when you were there. These cookies do not store any personal information about you e.g. name, address, etc. and we do not share the data. III. PERSONAL INFORMATION SALES OPT-OUT AND OPT-IN RIGHTS AND OTHER CONSUMER REQUESTS

Navien does not sell, rent or trade any personal information to third parties. Nonetheless, if you are 16 years of age or older, you have the right to direct us not to sell your personal information at any time (the ¡°right to opt-out¡±). We do not sell the personal information of consumers we actually know are less than 16 years of age, unless we receive affirmative authorization (the ¡°right to opt-in¡±) from either the consumer who is between 13 and 16 years of age, or the parent or guardian of a consumer less than 13 years of age. Consumers who opt-in to personal information sales may opt-out of future sales at any time.

To exercise the right to opt-out or to submit any other verifiable consumer request, you (or your authorized representative) may submit a request to us by calling 800-519-8794 or by completing the online form located at https://www.navieninc.com/contact.

Once you make an opt-out request, we will wait at least twelve (12) months before asking you to reauthorize personal information sales. However, you may change your mind and opt back in to personal information sales at any time by submitting a request to us at the web address above.

You do not need to create an account with us to exercise your opt-out rights. We will only use personal information provided in an opt-out request to review and comply with the request.

For all verifiable consumer requests, please allow 30-45 days for us to respond, depending on the nature of your request.
